Radical Self-Care is about taking radical responsibility for your wellbeing. But we are not designed to do this alone! Let’s inspire, support, nurture and celebrate each other, so we can give from an overflowing cup and self-care becomes an act of generosity, as it creates a ripple effect, then a tidal wave of wellbeing, for mind, body and soul — for ourselves and for others.
To be truly practising self-care we need to do so in a way that nourishes us in all areas of our life, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. Alongside the Radical Self-Care Movement community, I also provide in person and online services for individuals and small groups with mindset, body work and energy work.
Please note, I'm inclusive in my offerings, meaning that even though I specialise in working with mothers and women, all womxn are welcome. I also work with men and non-binary people. Everyone can benefit from this work.
