Mums-Only Yoga classes are a great opportunity for self care / "me-time".
A very restorative class, postnatal yoga is combined with the use of aromatherapy, soothing music and comfortable yoga props to ensure you spend quality time for yourself (and other mums) to stretch, safely and gently tone, breathe and of course, relax. Self care is essential as a mum when we spend so much time and energy looking after our little ones and Mums-Only Yoga is a perfect way to unwind.
This class is attended without babies, any time from 10 weeks following birth, no upper limit.

CLASS FEES
My yoga classes and workshops can be booked individually, or as a block which benefits from a discount. Classes must be booked in advance, however they do not need to be consecutive weeks and can be transferred if at least 24 hours notice is given).
YOGA & FLOW - £12 for a single class or £60 for six classes
POSTNATAL YOGA - £12 for a single class or £60 for six classes
PREGNANCY YOGA - £19 for a single class or £95 for six classes
MIND-BODY-SOUL SESSIONS - £25 per workshop or £100 for five
DAY RETREATS - prices vary between £95 and £125
